I have been working as the Warranty Administrator in SML Frontier Automotive Pvt. Ltd. They are the sole agent and authorized repairer for Land Rover & Range Rover brand vehicles in Sri Lanka.
Duties and responsibilities of this job role are as follows…
Overseeing and proceeding Land Rover brand vehicle warranty claims
Verify repair orders for completeness and accuracy before claim submission
Recording and monitoring submitted warranty claims
Follows up on payment of outstanding claims in a timely manner
Submitting EPQR (Electronic Parts Quality Reports) where necessary
I have successfully completed B.Eng. in Automotive Engineering degree at International College of Business and Technology (ICBT) Sri Lanka. This degree is accredited by University of Sunderland UK, a UGC approved university and I was able to complete this degree with a second class upper distinction.
I have completed National Diploma in Engineering Sciences (NDES - Specialized in Automotive Engineering) at Institute of Engineering Technology (IET), Katunayake. And I was able to pass all the subjects in Basic Instruction Programme, General Instruction Programme and Specialized Instruction Programme in first attempt.
