7. Attending weekly & monthly meetings with client & AE.
8. Techno financial Planning for the project.
9. Working on client Correspondence.

 Roles & Responsibilities
1. Preparation of Baseline program for Marine structures and Special Structures (Cable Stay, Balance Cantilever, OSD)
2. Preparation of monthly program and tracking the same on daily basis.
3. Preparation of requirement of the construction Materials, Machinery and Manpower.
4. Finalizing the subcontractors as per the requirement of project.
5. Preparing and tracking the cash inflow & outflow of the project.
6. Assisting Project Director in day-to-day activities.
7. Attending weekly & monthly meetings with client & AE.
8. Techno financial Planning for the project.

 Roles & Responsibilities
1. Preparation of baseline program and cash inflow for the project.
2. Worked on initial submissions like, Methodology, QAP, ITP, HSE Plan and other required submission as per CA.
3. Studying Contract Agreement.
4. Working on Budget.
5. Studying drawings and preparing plan accordingly.
6. Working on COS (Normative Cost).
7. Exposure to Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring and Controlling functions for entire Projects including Resource Planning, Recovery /Crash Planning.
8. Strong analytical skills, numerical skills, and a proficient understanding of and experience with Microsoft Excel, Primavera, MSP.
9. Prepare project plan, work breakdown structure, overall and detailed schedule, progress reports and presentations during proposal and execution stages under the guidance of Project director.
10. Monitor critical path & overall schedule daily by collecting necessary data for the same.
11. Monitoring environmental protection measures & reporting of any hazards/incidents.
12. Coordinate with cost controller to establish congruence between planning and cost work breakdown structure (WBS).

 Roles & Responsibilities
1. Preparation of baseline program and cash inflow for the project.
2. Preparation of construction program on Microsoft Project (MSP), Primavera P6 and MS Excel and monitoring the same.
3. Planning for activities by considering all the marine related challenges.
4. Attending Progress review meetings under the leadership of government officials and Ministers.
5. Update progress & prepare DPR, WPR, and MPR on time.
6. Support the Project Manager in the development and delivery of written/verbal presentations to the company’s leadership and client.
7. Geometry control works for Cable Stay Portion (Pylon and Superstructure Camber).
8. Preparation of methodology.
9. Resource planning and monthly review of same.
10. Monitoring the work and cost as per the budget and contract agreement review.
11. Collecting and maintaining the documents like RFI/All check lists formats after client’s review.
12. Heading the planning section and assisting and reporting to project Manager at site & GM at HO.
13. Update the weekly review meeting & Follow-up Minutes/Action items.
14. Preparation of major material requirement and reconciliation.
15. Monitoring the progress, financial performance, and resource usage.
16. Preparation of EoT, Impacted Schedule.
17. Photo and video upload on digital library, Site visits, BBS Preparation.
18. Preparation of Client requisite, Maintaining site record/NCR.
19. Design and Drawings Follow Up from HO and Client.
20. Preparation of cash inflow, cash outflow, Budget, contractor billing on ERP and helping in Client Bills Preparation.

 Roles & Responsibilities
1. Construction of Bridge Foundation (Well Foundation), Well Cap, Pier, Pier Cap.
2. Casting and launching of I-Girder
3. Fabrication of structure Steel.
4. Minor & Major bridges (ROB, STEEL BRIDGE), PQC Approach Road Execution.
5. Expansion Joints, Bearing, Crash Barrier & Median Construction.
6. Drawing studies and Site execution work including site planning and labour management.
7. Client handling and satisfying from the work executed at site.
8. Managing subordinates like sub-contractors, supervisor & supervisor as per planning.
