-Work on POs for STC & TAHAKOM & ROSHN projects which serve different sites in Saudi Arabia with communication systems, tools & supplies.
-Receiving vendor invoices, delivery notes and matching them with the PO.
-Provide finance department with required documents, SOA, LC requests & commercial invoices for certain suppliers.
-Reviewing Subcontractors\suppliers Agreements, insuring of construction schedule, health and safety policy & payment obligations, timeframes, .etc.
-Prepare a track sheet report for the project management to update them on the supply operation.

-Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts of services.
-Controlling inventory flows of equipment, and order additional products and supplies when
reaching its par level.
-receiving cargo to the warhorse and recording into the company’s database.
-Prepare a monthly merchandise cost reports.
- Training new employees in the purchasing
process.

-Direct suppliers on how to register & make sure all desired documents are completed, valid and authorized.
-Updating & sourcing vendor's database.
Prepare a full Report regarding Vendor Management project on cleansing vendors' database and updating.
-Work on Purchase Requests, till the last step of approving the Purchase Order.
-Prepare a price comparison sheet and choosing the best offer.
-Constant communication with the suppliers, taking availability, cost, manufacturing process, and lead times into consideration.
