• Act as client representative and coordinate with consultants and contractors at site to make sure the project is proceeding accordingly.
• Ensures the accuracy and adequacy of the contract and its integral documents such as bonds, insurance, specifications, etc., and assists in the formal signature of contracts and agreements.
• Receive copies of on-going and recently signed contracts and projects, and update cost data and progress on them.
• Prepare cost statistics and monthly progress /control reports on on-going contracts and projects.
• Prepare and submit department budget.
• Review contractors' invoices for approval and processing by Finance Department
• Attends to Variations, Extension of Time, Delays, and other Post-Contract Cost Control.
• Participate in drawing up the Final Account and closing-out the Contract.
• Answer contractual and commercial related correspondence.
• Analyze bids.
• Attend negotiations with the selected bidders, and draft recommendation for the tendering committee.

• Perform technical, organizational, and supervisory role on construction project.
• Act as the main technical advisor at the construction site.
• Checking plans, drawing and quantities for accuracy, and ensuring that all material used and work performed are as per specification.
• Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
• Liaising with consultants, main contractor, and local authorities.
