As part of an in-house agency:
Handling all marketing related activities for several high end and mid range watch brands
while maintaining constant & regular communication with brand HQ.
Responsible for the creation of strategic marketing plans based on researching consumer behavior & monitoring
market trends, according to the budgets allocated by brand HQ.
Responsible for implementing and executing all the set marketing activities (PR, advertising & promotion, events)
as part of the company’s in house agency.
Follow up on the ROI of each implemented activity and evaluating the strength of its impact as part of an overall
devised plan.
Managing Time Center’s CRM & Loyalty Program.
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of a strategic CRM program.
Handled full launch, execution & measurement of the program’s KPIs.
Handling Time Center’s strategic research projects.
Experience in both qualitative and quantitative consumer research (brand / product awareness
and positioning, market segmentation, measurement of the effectiveness of marketing,
communications and branding campaigns and strategies.
Overseeing field and operational aspects of research projects locally and across the MENA
region.
Managing client relations & preparing reports of findings with strategic and actionable
recommendations for clients.
