- Plan and execute a wide variety of events ranging from luxury weddings to large corporate gatherings.
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, vendor selection, timeline management, and on-site coordination.
- Negotiate with suppliers of the events and ensure the quality of delivered services (site inspections).
- Work closely with clients to fulfill their needs and fully develop their custom events through compelling, creative, and thorough proposals.
- Coordinate the full end-to-end delivery of Logistical based events.

- Prepare quotations.
- Arrange monthly and financial reports.
- Frequent follow up & Collection report.
- Avoid and solve any problems that can happen during working hours such as for Maintenance,
Security, and cleaning department.

- Ensure providing exceptional and professional customer service.
- Issue draft invoices to high level customers.
- Extensive follow up skills.
- Assure ETA’S and SLA’S are being professionally applied.

- Assist the CFO with preparing P&L reports.
- Issue receipts and delivery to concerned parties & frequent follow up.
- Outbound TNT and invoice reversals.
- Account activation & Prepare rejection files.

- General Accounting Tasks (Petty Cash, AR, AP, Bank reconciliation, Invoicing, etc...)
- Coordinate with Port of Beirut and below mother shipping companies: Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM…
- Issue invoices, manifest, customs formalities, and bill of lading for customers.
- VAT declaration assist, social security and Income Tax.
