▪ Supervise billing procedures and ensure the correct VAT implementation and the compliance with FTA requirements (This required a change in the accounting software, invoice structure and filing system based on the region of each client)

▪ Book keeping of Dubai and Hong Kong’ offices expenses and working with the finance team to ensure the work is completed to companywide standards.
