Job Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Doing Technical Breakdown Reports for machines at Heavy Equipment Workshop.
- Doing & Following up Breakdown Report for machines at sites.
- Doing Comparison Report between new & old models of machines (Performance & Specification) related to Heavy Equipment Workshop.
- Doing Preventive Maintenance Schedule of every model of machines related to Heavy Equipment Workshop.
- Following up the feedback report related to the Technical Inspection Report (TA2) which coming from agencies team (Coordinate with Superintendent at WS and Concerned at External Maintenance Section).
- Support workshop superintendent for administration daily routine work and monitoring the job cards (corrective maintenance work orders) of the equipment under repairing at workshop.
- Maintaining the safety requirements in the workshops and updating safety documentation.
- Maintaining the tools calibration and inspection certificates, arranging for the calibration and inspection on new or expired certificates at all workshops.
- Follow up all the QHSE (Quality Health Safety Environment) requirements at workshop.
- Prepare and update the documentation as per IMS (Integrated Management System), QHSE requirements.
- Supervising for Tasting Oil Lab Section activities
- Coordinates with WSS (Workshops Services) planners to transfer and collect the machines from- to agency’s workshop for repairing.
Job Responsibilities : Responsible for
- Managing works in Maintenance of Vehicles workshop.
- Supervising the Repairing and maintenance of the machineries.
- Giving trainings for the related programs and systems for mechanical
engineering such As AutoCAD.
- Maintenance of the computers (hard and soft ware). As setup the
Operating systems and the related basic programs.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering University : Aleppo University, Syria
