.• Assessment of patients and their clinical requirements to figure out which radiographic technique would best demonstrate the anatomy of interest.
• Documenting and reporting incidents, clinical or otherwise, which occur within the Trust to the head of Department, as well as completing an online incident form
.• I ensure prompt dissemination of information to relevant wards, departments and Medical staff as appropriate, should there be a disruption to the service.

.• Ensuring observation of Codes of Practice, Health & Safety Regulations, COSHH, Radiation Regulations, Confidentiality of patient records including The Date Protection Act. HCPC Standards of conduct, Performance and Ethics (2003), and other Trust Policies
• Ensuring that appropriate standards are maintained by staff under supervision.
• I possess basic computer skills to input and update patient information databases and ensure patient details are correct at all times, working within the requirements of the Data Protection Act.
• I have thorough knowledge of the Trust-wide PACS and RIS systems, understanding the need for data accuracy and the implications of incorrect data input having worked with CR and DR systems. Leadership responsibilities
:• I have an extensive management experience for more than Six year with exposure to senior management positions. Improving Quality and Safety:
1. I Undertake and contribute to regular audit of service provision.
2. I assist in the implementation and maintenance of the department’s Quality Assurance program, analyzing complex results to determine the most appropriate course of action when results are not within acceptable limits.
3. I Report equipment malfunctions according to the departmental policy for the area affected.
4. I have the responsibility to Inform relevant wards, departments and Medical staff as appropriate, should there be a disruption to the service.
5. I demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the 16 Care Quality Commissions’ Quality and Safety outcomes and their effect and relevance to the Radiology department
.6. I demonstrate effective usage of my radiographic experience and knowledge of radiation hazards by keeping doses as Low As Reasonable Practicable (ALARP) also bearing in mind justification and authorization of the radiographic requests according to lay down procedures and protocols.
I operated the following equipment, namely: static X-ray, Mobile X-ray unit and image Intensifier, Processing equipment, Digital radiography
My responsibilities include training intern radiographers on conventional X-ray examinations, Dental X-ray, Mammography, Sonography, MRI, CT examinations, C-Arm procedures for orthopedic procedures, spine procedures, and special examinations like HSG, IVU, barium studies and RCUG/MCUG
