• Prepare manpower & training requirement projections for annual budget.
• Manage and conduct assessment centers for promotions and relocations.
• Identify Aramex future talents through talent mapping.
• Work closely with Business Unit Heads & Senior Managers to identify training needs, and to
prepare annual training plan.
• Select training providers & ensure that curriculums are matching with associates needs.
• Manage the evaluation of training programs, follow-up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Create & deliver onboarding material and soft skills training to existing & new employees.
• Manage the recruitment team to ensure all hiring requisitions are met on time.
• Ensure the timely and effectively implementation of the performance appraisal process.
• Discuss performance parameters with Business line Managers/heads and Support departments in
establishing (KPIs) for each aspect of performance
• Create & lead employee engagement initiatives throughout the whole year.
• Manage and monitor Performance Management Process.
• Identify KPIs for each position with Business Unit Managers/Heads.
• Determine employees development needs in alignment with Business Unit Managers/Heads.
• Identify assessment needs for each Dept. (internal moves or promotions) & Lead semi-annual & annual in-house assessment for potential talents.
• Manage assessment Feedback sessions & Evaluations.
• Handle & manage Aramex training activities through TNA matrix.
• Responsible for effective recruitment processes both internally and externally.
• Ensure that staffing process in line with the manpower plan.
• Implement direct approach methods including Headhunting, Referrals, Social Networks to support cost per hire strategy.
• Establish new recruitment channels and build strong relations with recruitment agencies & universities.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees resignation and assist in developing a turnover analysis.
• Ensure the payroll system is running effectively & all payroll data is entered on time and submitted to Finance Dept. for payroll processing.
• Handle all employment procedures for new employees including preparation of employment contracts, enrolment in Social Insurance, briefing current and new staff about company policies, benefits and all HR matters.
• Participate in CSR activities to Imprint Aramex contribution & commitment to social development.
• Handle 4 accounts (GAP, Perry Ellis, JC Penney, chaps), travelled to Turkey, Hong Kong & USA for business meetings.
• Maintain sales volume set by the budget.
• Manage the production capacity set for each customer.
• Work in direct contact with the customer and doing the daily internal and external communications.
• Provide the customer with orders delivery dates & insure shipment on time w/o any shortage.
• Arrange with customers regarding any extra qty in fabrics and transforming it into orders.
• Negotiate prices of raw materials with suppliers.
• Estimate costs of each SKU & ensure customers approval while maintaining the company profit
• Conducting full data search of 5 entities per day.
• Identify data sources and conducting internet -based, targeted research based upon approved plan.
