-Set up and operate new section to manage and drive the implementation of RCM in Nile Sugar.
- Main Responsibilities are :
*Generation and maintain a new factory asset Database.
*Creation and maintaining the case history notes for all factory plant items.
*Correlation the data collected by condition monitoring, thermal, imaging, thickness testing, etc.. using information systems.
*Operating, observing and analyzing (technical data +shift log data) reported on the company intranet system.
*The key objective is to detect and then repair equipment faults befor they progress to a breakdown.
*Perfom vibration and A.E analysis for factory equipment.
* Attendee of practical vibration diagnostics course category By Ritec (vibration institute) also Preparing for certification exam.
• Working as electrical technical office also motor rewinding workshop engineer in Beet Sugar Factory from 1st of January 2010 till now.
- My duties are spare part purchasing, technical evaluation and observation also new extensions design, supervision on contractors & supervision of electrical workshop.

• Working as electrical technical office & site engineer in ORASCOM Construction Industries (O.C.I) in Beet Sugar Factory from 1st of May 2008 till end of December 2009.
- My duties were Surveying, Shop drawing, Design, releasing Invoices & Site supervision on all supplying & installing works in administration buildings (lighting, data, fire alarm, telephone & MATV Systems) also supplying, erection & commissioning of 2X8 MVA steam turbines and 2X8MVA steam boilers & cooling towers stations.
• Working as a technical office engineer in electro-mechanical consultant, design and contracting company from August 2007 till End of April 2008.
