•Preparing sites prior to the commencement of construction work i.e. to set out the site and organize facilities, to plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales and to oversee building work.

Dorra Interiors were awarded the project with a total sum of 12, 000, 000 EGP. DI scope was design and build for the fit out area with EHAF as Cairo project engineer, HOK and HPF as London project engineers Civil and MEP works respectively.
-Technical Office Manager at Schlumberger-Egypt Integrated Base: With estimated works of 320, 000, 000 EGP Schlumberger has hired Hassan Allam Construction as a design and build contractor & EHAF as a Project manager and Project engineer for their Cairo Integrated base.Project is of 100, 000 sq.m, a total built up area of 38, 000 sq.m.
-Resident Engineer at SODIC -fit out at Polygon office complex: Intending the execution of the full finishes for SODIC NEW OFFICES; located in Polygon at WESTOWN Project office space is located on the ground floor, first and second levels of Building (1), SECTORS CONSTRUCTIONS were awarded the project on a full design and build basis with the Lump Sum fixed Contract Price of 18, 850, 301.90 EGP with EHAF as Project Engineer and SHAKER as MEP Engineer.
-Resident Engineer at SODIC - Forty West Project Phase II: desirous the Construction Works for Forty West Project Phase II Buildings comprising of 88 residential apartments and the clubhouse built on a land area of 10, 143 sqm block consists of two building.Buildings Foot print is 4, 438 sqm, Building BUA is 21, 868 sqm, PIAZZA’s total area is 1, 785 sqm and Basement Footprint is 7, 543 sqm; Industrial Construction & Engineering Company (SIAC) were awarded the project on the execution, completion and remedy of defects of the above-named works.Contractor was entitled to the awarded provisional sums of (EGP 129, 054, 557.83);actual total sum for project of (EGP 245, 769, 211.41) with EHAF as Project Engineer, SHAKER as MEP Engineer and Cosmos as Structural Engineer.
-Senior Architect at AFCAC - CFC Mall Expansion: desirous Construction of the Mall expansion, interfacing with the existing Mall. The mall expansion is intended to cover a footprint of about 26, 000 m2.A large central court at the ground level is used for circulation and landscape. At least 4, 000 m2 of the mall extension is covered by Skylight systems; Consolidated Contractors Group S.A.L "OFFSHORE" /H.A.Construction Joint Venture "CCC/HAC JV" were awarded the project on the execution, completion and remedy of defects of the above-named works. The Employer to pay the Contractor the fixed lump sum of 1, 463, 000, 000 EGP (One billion four hundred sixty-three million Egyptian Pounds) with Employer Representative Al-Futtaim Group for Real Estate (AFGRE), Employer’s Representative’s Assistant is Hill International, Consultant for Construction Supervision Services Supervision EHAF Consulting Engineers and Consultant for Cost Consultancy Services as Gleeds Consulting, Egypt.
-Project Manager for GPP desires to appoint a professional entity that possesses the necessary experience, expertise to carry out and perform professional Design, FF&E and SOE Management Services up to the high international standards services for the renovation of Citystars, Heliopolis hotels (Intercontinental, exclusive branded residences, Holiday Inn, and Staybridge Suites)

·Negotiate with client to ensure company's financial and commercial objectives are achieved and protected prior to final agreement on a contract.
·Pro-actively participate in the preparation of the overall cost plan.
·Prepare innovative cost-effective project design briefs and design strategy with Procurement Manager.
·Re-plan project design and make adjustments as required to resolve identified problems in site while monitoring changes in scope and/or variations to remain within budget
·Ensure all Design deliverables are received and in a timely manner
·Ensure sufficient lead times are available for construction work.
·Review/monitor design program weekly, monthly and as appropriate to identify potential shortfalls.
·Ensure expectations/requirements are known and clear to all project consultants, conduct ongoing team assessment throughout project.
·Identify recognition requirements of consultant team members, provide assistance in areas of weakness where appropriate, and motivate accordingly.
·Delegate responsibilities to ensure quality review procedures are integrated and meet client and company requirements.
·Assist with construction manager on-site defecting and remedial action where necessary
·Manage client's expectations for the project through understanding and considering impact on client when communicating realistic project expectations to clients.
·Ensure project completion report is compiled and conduct close out meeting with Managing Director and Projects Manager
