Servicing and handling mega corporate accounts (existing clients) and clients need through their insurance policies (Medical, life and General, Bank assurance..etc.) claims, approval and issuance policies and renewals also on parallel line seeking for new clients suiting with the annual target of the company
• Underwriting Department for Individual Takaful requests (Auditing on Submitted Application - requesting Underwriting requests either medical or financial- assessing the medical requirements as soon as received as well as financial requirements regarding approved treaty with re-insurance company- Above limit authority to be sent to RI for final decision - auditing on Agents while filling Medical referrals and negotiating as well as investigating with in network providers regarding any difficulties client is facing or regarding in network providers claiming for medical fees expenses for services provided to our clients- negotiating regarding sub-standard rates for clients - Making sure that turnaround time of providing final decision with RI is on track or else to call them directly. Also assessing the riders with consideration on occupational classifications- Noting of any Existing coverage for clients - for chronic clients - sending questionnaires as well as their occupational risks- Also Underwriting for decreasing credit life )
• Underwriting for Corporate Takaful requests - (collecting data from HR dep by which is requesting an offer either life or credit life - regarding our corporate treaty - assessing the census and collecting the group size and requested riders- claims history - providing the rate without the extra fees and then calculating the premium as per requested to be provided in the offer in order to be sent to The HR Dep.)
• Operating and contacting Re-insurance for Approval
• Providing Re-Takaful corporate proposals and offers and negotiating with RI rates
• Auditing and assessing In network providers claims and issuing payment requests- Also deduction is Applied on Agents if any no need medicals has been done to the client.
• Death claims with investigations with the legal Affairs Department
• Audting on the Agents as well as clients requesting Retakaful requests at EFSA( Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority)- New rule regarding EFSA
