• Follow up with the dealers to make orders of wood, fabric, and all the raw materials needed to finish my client's workshop.
• Assign tasks for shop employees and prepare the schedule in a cost effective manner.
• Assist in recruiting and selecting shop employees.
• Stock management (shipment, inventory, transfers).
• Developing and motivating employees in order to ensure highest levels of performance and achievement.
• Shop merchandising, maintaining the image of the shop (cleanliness, display, maintenance)
• Communication with brand manager, and the back office.
• Make evaluation meetings for the staff.
• Assign employees to specific duties to facilitate workflow in branch.
• Monitor sales activities to sustain exceptional customer service.
• Request missing items from other branches to facilitate presence of expected collection.
• Handle and solve customers’ complaints.
• Regularly updating and maintaining customer’s database.
• Provide customer service.
• Replenishment of missing sizes on the floor.
• Complete cash transaction chores.
