- Direct & manage the Network & IT Security Team and conduct the enhancement of ADNOC Fertilziers’s Network and Security services.
- Manage, lead and control the network and security related projects with the suitable project plans. Oversee creations and enforcement of security policies & procedures. Develop and monitor team training to confirm their capability of conducting their jobs.
- Collaborates with Network & IT Security team and external vendors to effectively resolve network and security related projects.
- Develops and implements short and long term organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, standards and operating procedures.
- Develops, manages and monitors the network and security department budget and annual long range Services Improvement budget planning cycle.
- Manages and provides direction for major network and security related projects. Including but not limited to Network infrastructure, alarm systems, video surveillance systems, Security services, Information Security services and various other related systems.
- Directs the implementations of Information Security internal controls across ADNOC Fertilizers to meet compliance obligations.
Define & Convey Masdar ICT Strategies in Masdar City.
1- Define and administer city-wide ICT strategies to be deployed in Masdar City Projects; such strategies include (City-wide ICT Infrastructure Design, Security Master Plan, and ICT Design Guidelines for plot developers).
2- Re-examine ICT strategies in case of any change on Masdar Master Plan.
3- Work with local authorities to gather their ICT requirements in Masdar City and oversee the provision of such requisites in the city.
4- Take the lead in technical discussions with strategic ICT partners during the formulation of intended partnerships or joint ventures.
5- Abstract & present to Masdar & ICT management regular project updates.
6- Acting as a liaison manager among involved consultants, vendors and various Masdar and external key stakeholders.
Manage Masdar City ICT Projects (Design & Build).
1- Play an active role in the projects’ design responsibilities to ensure the ICT elements of the project are defined as per the approved ICT strategies for the City.
2- Schedule and conduct update meetings with projects delivery and development managers to gather data relevant to the ICT development process and/or to verify that delivered projects comply with approved plans.
3- Oversees project completion (for ICT components) in each project’s milestone, to ensure the project is completed accurately.
4- Interact with Masdar City clients and tenants to gather requirements for specific projects.
5- Audit and being in control of KPI's and SLA's related to contractual obligations.
6- Review and provide input on PMO policies, Governance, disciplines, and project management methodologies.
7- Advise on changes/enhancement based on practical use and when needed.
8- Abstract and present to management regular project updates and conduct review meetings with stakeholders to review performances.
1- Product Manager of IP Network Solutions working in all areas of sourcing, negotiation, product development and implementation of marketing strategies relating to the product range through competitors research, catalogue recommendations and supplier liaison. Additionally, I got involved in all elements of the marketing mix; from product introduction to final analysis and reporting.
2- Plan products roadmaps and Identify gaps in product portfolio and direct engineering development accordingly.

1- Five years experience in managing Etisalat Enterprise Network.
2- Good experience in the design, implementation and support of LAN/WAN networks (ATM, Frame Relay and GigE, MPLS).
3- Was the main administrator of Network Management Systems (HPOV, MRTG, Service On Data, Cisco Works 2000).
4- Designed and implemented Core Network solutions, including LANE, VLANS and OSPF.
5- Configuring, Troubleshooting and supporting multiple OS and hardware environments (ATM Switches “Fore Systems”, Cisco Switches and Routers).
6- Hardware knowledge: Cisco Routers® 1600, 1700, 2600, 7000, Cisco® Catalyst 4500, 6500, Cisco Switches 1900, 2900, 3500, 3700, ATM Switches ASX 4000, ASX 1000, ES3810.
7- Software knowledge: Cisco IOS and Fore Systems operating system.
