MindLinkX (FZ-LL) is a new boutique start-up limited liability company established at the Ras Al-Khaymah Investment Authority; to specialize in providing management, HR and marketing consulting, as well as organizing for keynote and subject-matter experts to share their knowledge and expertise in seminars, conferences and speaking venues.
MindLinkX has started in 2010 from Bahrain, and in 2012 has relocated to Dubai in the UAE.
MindLinkX also specialize in planning and convening special-purpose brainstormimg cafe's for companies where group deliberations occur to create focused sought-out business strategies.

I am working as a freelancer in different however related fields; fields of Interior architecture, training, human development, and management. Lately, I was a co-founder and a partner of new training venture (Global Solutions, GS) with two partners, whom are from different nationalities and experiences.
GS deals with several training projects including HRD courses and seminars, computer skills, and English language programs. In addition, GS hosts jointly with several educational institutes locally and internationally some of the renowned international prominent speakers. In addition to employees’ assessments and development programs, and motivational lectures.
In cooperation with a colleague, I jointly marketed, organized, and promoted specialized human resources' courses on NEORO-LINGUESTIC-PROGRAMING \[NLP\] and persuasion engineering; the secrets of energy and life and (NLP) certified practitioner courses.
Recently finished and submitted an interior architectural project in Doha, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
Direct English (DE) is a franchised company operating in Saudi Arabia under “Alkhaleej training company”. DE provides English training programs to professionals and non-professionals to help them succeed in their academic and professional careers. In addition, DE provides support and training in other fields such as Business, Tourism, and Nursing.
My major job responsibility was running and managing this operation which includes supervision of personnel, preparing the budget, and developing future expansion plans, also coordinating with other disciplines whenever required.
I was responsible for the undergraduate students, supervising their classes, writing the Design IV outline, and preparing the mid-term and final exams.
