Royal Dentists center (RDC) is a private clinic that runs a training program for the various membership examination conducted by the royal college of surgeons of Edinburg.
My job was setting objectives for RDC and creating routes towards reaching the clinic goals and leading a team of 20 postgraduate dentists and taking responsibility of ensuring the efficient and effective development and delivery of clinical audit and effectiveness across the district.
Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly &courteous manner at all times.
Inform & suggest new banking products to customers.
Provide information to customers on theri account status and account balances.
Open new bank accounts according to laid down rules and guidelines.
Establish new accounts for customers according to their needs and identifying the conditions required for accounts establishments.
Follow up loans applications made by customers and makeing sure it meets all loans conditions and paper requirements.
I received my training on how the finance depratment is responsible for keeping track of sales and capital spending at a business.
How to provide managment with a profit and loss statments that will show the overall strengths or weakness of a business.
How finance department play an integral role in helping the business recieve the necessary financing it needs how the money will be paid back and distributing dividends to shareholders.
