• Plan and develop marketing plans to increase the value and awareness of the brands.
• Develop and study the performance of the brands compared to competing in the Market.
• In charge of A&P budgets and direct contact with global suppliers.
Deliver targets and ROI’S for Activations and events along with analyzing the success of the marketing campaigns.
Work on brand growth opportunities and increase brand performance by providing innovative ideas and strategies to ensure that the brand remains recognizable and exciting.
• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
• Team player, work under pressure, analyze market data, manage budgets, organize events, work on depletions, forecast, targets and monitor monthly and weekly sales with the commercial team.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Work directly with the sales team, merchandising team and advertising/ Media departments.
Plan 360 events, activation & promotions as per the brand’s guidelines & annual plans.
