• Work with the technical staff to create or update user manuals, online help, and how to’s.
• Create marketing materials for the products, including:
o Blog articles
o Product briefs
o Presentations
o Web content
o Short videos
• Proofread and rewrite technical documents in order to enhance their quality.
• Format the documents (technical or business) in accordance with the company’s standards.
• Perform document maintenance processes (to keep documents updated and ready to be used).
• Archive all documents and keep them organized in order to be easily accessible.
• Create and develop documentation templates.
• Plan, develop, organize, write and edit user manuals to help end-users use a variety of services.
• Work with internal teams on product and documentation requirements.
• Produce high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Edit and update existing written materials.
• Work with technical staff to create user manuals in order to make products easier to use with fewer instructions.
• Create products mockups (wireframes).
• Revise documents as new issues arise.
• Create content for business purposes such as website content, messages, error messages, email shots, and marketing messages.
• Proofread the documentation, reports, SRSs, and workflows and any type of business document
