•Ensuring full compliance with UAE labour law in terms of employees’ contract, manpower agreements, indemnity letters, legal/immigration labour cases, P.O.A’s, and confidentiality agreements
•Steering compensation & benefits practices for the company; linking reward systems to market and performance
•Researching and implementing flexible benefits program which includes revising staff grading scale & salary structure
•Facilitating budget reconciliation, other manpower forecasting/ planning activities, and overhead cost monitoring
•Maintaining a strong network of contacts to identify and source quality candidates; reviewing applications to identify and arrange preliminary interviews; streamlining reports and trackers and introducing monthly MIS from HR to business on hiring
•Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations
•Crafting and implementing internal performance evaluation process enterprise-wide, improving the identification of skill gaps, implementing training and development plans
•Collaborating with Leadership and Training Teams to develop and improve new hire on-boarding and training process
•Monitoring staff accommodations and implementing camp rules and regulations; resolving the camp related issues including logistic, transportation, laundry and catering
•Strategizing and implementing Organizational Development interventions related to Corporate & HR Strategy, HR Policies & Procedures, Performance Management & Rewards, Engagement Management, and Culture Building and so on
