* Responsible for establishing a cost code system according to the items of the B.O.Q.
* Tracking and controlling financial issues according to the budget. * Provide a monthly cost report.
* Control overrunning cost.
* Prepare a weekly progress report. Related to the situation of the project.

• Responsible for the implementation of quality control procedures and plans for providing the more efficient onsite construction work depending on project
specification and standards.
• Develops and maintains quality standards that apply to onsite construction work, ensuring proper implementation.
• Reviews and approves inspections, test plans and quality control plans from sub-contractors.
• Responsible for documentation of inspection requests in civil department.
• Preparing of daily test and inspection report program.
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves problems and issues with quality assurance and control for site construction.
• Making certain of quality control of the work in accordance to contract requirements.
• Supervise the activities of the quality service providers and inspectors to ensure diligent performance
• Preparing monthly report regarding the quality on the site.
• Preparing non-conformance report.
• Follow site instruction for any update, to control variation.

• Coordinate with project team for the preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports and any other reports as and when required.
• Monitor the project schedule and highlight any critical activity needs particular attention. Discuss with project team to identify mitigating measures.
• Coordinate with project site team and the procurement team on the delivery of the equipment and materials on site.
• Manage sub-contractors’ planning and reporting.
• Preparations & analysis of Cost Control & performance reports.
• Coordination with different departments, Client.
