• Provided support in adherence with Bank's policy and procedure for senior management/brand management teams
• Responsible for maintaining and establishing relationship with clients, including all segments
• Ensured high quality of service output by coordinating timelines with the retail department,
• Responsible of dispute cardholders' complains and the link with the retail department to solve all the existing technical problems of cards (ATM and Credit Cards).
• Attending to Branch and clients' queries and urgent requests promptly
