• Create an incident report for service deficiencies including preventive and actions that should be taken in order to eliminate the root causes of these deficiencies.
• Prepare the status report of SLA Implementations
• Report the result of Performance Management Program and the suggested appropriate actions.
• Facilitate he identification of continuous process improvement initiatives
