- Sorted and followed up with customer for the additional auto loan documents as bank per the bank requirement.
- Created Customer file with Checklist to ensure documents are complete to do system proposal then hand over to Business Manager to be submitted to bank to start the process of Customer Auto Loan
- Prepared and printing of Purchase Agreement of the customer that are due for invoicing and ensure complete deal pack.
- Followed up with the Finance Manager and banker for the approved Bank LPO and to confirm if bank mortgage is online.
- Prepared Sale Letter and filling up registration form for RTA Registration for New & Pre-Owned Cars
- Liaised with RTA for pending Traffic Violations, black points and file opening.
- Processed RTA registration, collection of plate and registration card.
- Arranged Vehicle Registration Documents.
