1. Assisting customers in selecting right products.
2. Performing financial transaction of the product being sold.
3. Applying ''Fifo '' Method to avoid due expiry of the products.
4. Receiving delivery items and arranging it to the shelf display.
5. Inputting the purchase invoice in the tally system and issuing official receipts to the customers if needed.
6. Preparing weekly schedule and monthly pay roll.
7. Make sure that all our selling items is in the proper standard and presentable to the customers.
• Handling staff attendance, Salon Sales Report and Purchasing salon items.
• To ensure that the customers are satisfied for saloon services.
• Ensure that the Saloon is Clean, Sanitized and all Saloon Equipment are in good condition, Sterilize before and after using to customers.
• Handling pay roll for staff and rent.
•Collecting payments from the customers and remitting to the owner.
1. Doing paper works report.
2. Managing the whole shift and doing weekly schedule for the staff.
3. Doing weekly inventory and booking on the FMC System.
4. Preparing monthly pay roll in timely.
Working as a multitasking server.
Contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company and delivers on the company's Brand Promises.
Managing the shift if the managers are not around.
Collecting money sales and submitting it to the bank.
Train new staff about brand standard of the company .
