I was a supervisor in the SME unit where we manage and enhance the existing commercial portfolio and solicit acceptable new relationships to meet pre-set financial and non financial objectives.
Establish new borrowing relationships for Small Medium enterprises, preparing credit analysis as per bank policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain strong working relation with existing clients.
Regularly visiting customers to ensure their businesses are going well and ensure the loan granted to them are being utilized as agreed before disbursement.
