Notify the subcontractor through Zutec system in cleaning the finish rooms for hand over as per Completion Manager’s advised.
Notify the subcontractor through Zutec system for Final Pest Control all the finish rooms for hand over as per advised by our Completion Manager.
Verify in ACONEX system all the required approved IR’s for all the rooms ready for snagging.
Input all OWL’s (Outstanding Work Lists) in Zutec for all the buildings as per Completion Manager’s advised.
Notify all the subcontractors through Zutec system all open snags for rectification as advised by the Site Inspectors.
Print all the open snags as needed.
Monitor all the O&M Manuals of the subcontractors in Zutec and in Excel register to be submitted to the consultant for their review and approval.
