STOCK EFFICIENCY:Stock replenishment management.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND MERCHANDISING: Understand and follow brand concepts.
SHOP ADMINISTRATION: Handle POS system confidently and manage cash properly.
Prepares and maintains a detailed table, before, during and after patrons are served.
Takes orders and presents food to guests.
Helps patrons’ select food and beverage items. Keeps wait station area clean and restocked.
Adheres to sanitation and safety.
Does specific daily/weekly cleaning duties.
Concludes dining experience by thanking the patrons and inviting them to return.
Verifying credit cards.
Manual approval.
Preparing requisition form.
Monitoring expiry dates
Monitoring availability of stocks.
Dispensing Over the counter and prescribed medicines.
Branch transferring of stocks.
Stocks inventory
Handle daily sales, cash voucher and petty cash.
Reporting price discrepancy.
Consolidate daily sales.
Assist the customers and help the customers to find what they want.
Arranging the Stocks According to the store layout.
Responsible for the store display.
