Being as a housekeeping supervisor, i start my duty by preparing the housekeeping attendants reports, giving briefing for the staff, about the daily tasks, taking care of our long staying and VIP guest, and i do my responsibility to give training for my staff about the daily task, to show them by actual. i handle to check 66 room, included family rooms standard rooms, king bed rooms, and sweet rooms.. And after the room attendant finished to cleaned the rooms, i do to checked, the status of the room cleaning, maintenance, missing items and the standard of the rooms, and i do the last touch up. if everything is complete and clean and then i will release in computer as vacant clean, i do my responsible also to handle the guest complained and make them satisfied for their staying in our hotels, making the daily discrepancy reports at the ends of the day.
