o Coordinate the work with the Intellectual Property Manager
o Supervise the work of three Intellectual Property Assistants
o Assign emails and tasks to the Assistants
o Handle and coordinate all operational functions of Intellectual Property
o Manage accounts of several clients
o Communicate with clients and agents for filing trademark, patent, and design application in various jurisdictions such as Turkey, China, Egypt, Hong Kong, Gaza, West Bank, and all the countries in Europe and America
o Handle recordals, oppositions, assignments, mergers, change of names and addresses, counter statements, cancellation actions
o Meet deadlines (office action, opposition, renewal etc.)
o Provide clients with progress reports pertaining the status of the registration or renewal of the trademark
o Provide clients with technical advice and recommendation during the filing process
o Issue invoices, follow up on unsettled invoice

o Attend webinars
o Monitor and Supervise the work of two Trademark Watch Coordinators
o Work with the Director of Operations and General Manager frequently
o Respond to Saba offices queries
o Coordinate the work with Country Managers
o Check monthly reports sent by the offices
o Create gazette reports
o Follow up with the clients who have subscribed for the watch services
o Issue Invoices
o Perform trademark clearance
o Conduct regular research
o Watch Trademarks published in the official gazettes in more than 20 jurisdictions such as African Union (OAPI), Bahrain, Egypt, Gaza, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kurdistan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, United Arab of Emirates, West Bank, and Yemen
o Coordinate with Saba's offices which are located in Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab of Emirates, and Yemen
o Send out watch notices to clients informing them of their mark being infringed
• Work with eleven account managers
• Verify product availability in stock before issuing the offer
• Prepare offers to clients as requested by the account managers
• Deal with requests of the logistics department
• Prepare sales orders after the approval of our clients
• Follow up with clients about the delivery date
• Create accounts for new clients
• Use the 5 index and Kompass in order to gather information about potential customers
• Schedule appointments for the account managers and sale manager to meet with prospective customers
• Follow up with customers to schedule continuous meetings
