• Engaged with clients for design changes and approvals on materials and FF&E selections.
• Oversaw bespoke furniture production shop drawings and conducted factory visits to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conducted regular inspections for approvals of fixed finishes, carpets, and bespoke furniture.

Design Coordination & Project Execution Supervision:
• Facilitated regular meetings with contractors to guide shop drawings production.
• Conducted site visits to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Managed inspections and snagging processes, ensuring seamless project delivery.
• Reviewed and approved shop drawings, material submittals, O&M manuals, and As-Built Drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications.

Concept Design, Design Development and Project Coordination:
• Conducted client consultations and site evaluations, leading to successful design integrations for high profile projects.
• Crafted concept designs with mood boards, securing client approvals and advancing projects.
• Conducted Coordination meetings with Architects, Civil Engineers, and MEP Engineers for cohesive and functional Designs.

FF&E Selection & Management:

• Oversaw bespoke furniture production shop drawings and conducted furniture inspections to ensure furniture production is up to standard and as per specifications.
• Prepared Material Finishes Schedules, Furniture Schedules, Coded Furniture Layouts for coordinated furniture distribution upon arrival.

Concept Design, Design Development and Project Coordination:

● Custom Furniture Design: Designed bespoke furniture and custom woodwork, conducting site visits to
