• Ensuring consistency and brand integrity in visual design and production across all collateral and documentation including events stands,
graphics and vision content for both print and web.
• Initializing, developing and finalizing the Creative Process to particular communication needs based on the yearly project plan as per Management's directives. This includes brainstorming sessions, Visual Development, Advertising, Branding...
• Presenting ideas to peers and senior members of the team. Developing design concepts for communication materials including publications, online assets, promotional materials, corporate collateral and presentations.
• Quality control and hands-on design of collateral ensuring consistent quality usage of the company's brand and safeguarding of its integrity. Providing advice to staff and service users in matters of visual strategy, Artistic Implementation and production possibilities to fulfill their communication needs.
• Working with the concerned parties (Copywriter, Media Officer, Public Relations Officer, web developer...) in order to generate creative ideas for different collateral.
• Working independently as well as part of a team.
• Liaise with the Quality Management and IT Team to Develop procedures such as Creative Request Forms, follow up data-base... in order to help the concerned parties to request for design work and marketing materials and follow up the status of their request.
