Putting together business and personal, travel and accommodation plans for the Chairman and his family
Applying for visas, passports renewal, etc.
Handling all the personal working staff of the Chairman, from HR issues to salary payments, hiring/firing,
Purchasing and administration of real estate properties belonging to the Chairman and his family
Getting quotations and negotiating on vehicle purchases for the Chairman’s personal use
All Chairman’s personal financial matters
Liaising with government and private entities in order to solve any issues related to the office
Monitoring calls and arranging for business meetings
Making sure that the General Managers of the companies belonging to the group are always informed of the Chairman’s plans and instructions
Keeping a filling system for the office and for the personal matters of the Chairman as well
Handling charity cases which were forwarded by the Chairman
Organizing lunches and dinners for VIP clients
During Ramadan liaising in organizing of Iftar for certain company employees
Liaison with all the departments of the company
Generating monthly reports
Acting as decision maker in the absence of the Chairman, for certain matters only
• Assisting in all the paper work pertaining to the office (filling, letter writing, minutes taking, keeping the agenda of VP, etc…)
• Trying to solve customer complaints made to the ticketing counter as well as in the sales executive department.
• Attending in making reservations in M A R S system as per the manager instructions.
• Making sure that certain requests (seat selection, special meals, etc) are as well updated in the system.
• Keeping a connection between the VP and the Sales Department supervisors and managers in charge.
• Assisting in attending VIP customers in order to reduce their waiting time of ticket issuance.
• Taking decisions in the absence of the VP and keeping him posted on this.
• Assisting in all the paper work pertaining to the office (filling, letter writing, minutes taking, keeping the agenda of the Chairman, etc…)
• Writing letters in English and Romanian as well, trying to be as much possible multi tasking in order to cope with the work flow and the office related tension
• Travel along with the Chairman and the Board of Directors in certain matters and attending meetings overseas as well as making sure that the trips were proper organized.
