• Maintain CHECKLIST Sever, Software & Network
on a daily basis.
• Prepare and Manage the SOP.
• Assist Plant offices with backups (SQL Server
backup Exec).
• Assist with AD and Exchange with offices related

• Prepares and delivers system performance

• Configures software changes in on Lotus Notes,
Water’s Empower, ERP, LIMS, & SQL Database,

• Coordinates with the Hosting team on Branch

maintaining connectivity to the internet and VPN
to Branch office.

Information Technology at Compassion's Branch
offices.
