Full coordination for architecture & interior design projects. This includes
preliminary design concepts, modeling, design development and tender
documents, and shop drawings review, structural drawings,
electromechanical drawings, specifications & bill of quantities, produced in
house or outsourced. In addition to coordination with clients & contractors.
Within the scope of work is participating in strategic planning, marketing
policies, operation policies & logistics of the firm, monitoring projects’ time
frames and production rates, in addition to evaluating the performance of all
participating parties.
Fully responsible for Egypt and MENA chapter branch and projects, handling all the coordination with our clients and our potential clients.
Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various projects in site and at office.
Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
Full coordination between the design drawings and prepare the required shop drawings and cutting list - taking approval from the consultant.
Managing the purchasing of tools and consumables for projects.
Prepare invoices (weekly / monthly) for projects in hand.
Prepare work schedule at office and site and reporting for higher management.
Financial - Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory.

restaurants, sports, marine and leisure facilities, and retail areas,

landscaping.
Dubai World Central - Humanitarian City Buildings, Dubai - United Arab Emirates Concept design for a "LEED Silver-certified" 7-storey
headquarters office building with a convention centre and all
other office facilities, 6 other office buildings, the UN Building,
17 UN and NGO's warehouses, 11 commercial warehouse
buildings, Humanitarian Response Depot (HRD), amenity areas and car-parking for 300 vehicles.
King Saud University for Health Sciences - Design, Saudi Arabia
Detailed design (according to LEED requirements-5
registrations) and tender documents for one main university
campus in Riyadh, and two university branches in Jeddah and
Hasa in addition to the design review and approval of Madinah
university branch. Each of the four sites comprises world class
educational, support and administrative buildings dedicated to health sciences in addition to facilities.Riyadh campus includes a Central Colleges Complex housing the colleges of medicine, nursing, dentistry, pharmacy, applied medical sciences, and the deanships of higher studies and continuing education; the Clinical Skills Development Centre.
