Commercial limits :
Setup and maintain limits for commercial limits and FX .
Limits amended and restructured, accordingly its my responsibility to see the limits are setup accurate as this has a big impact on the business flow .
To manage and train the staff under me .
Financial Treasury Limits :
To maintain the banks treasury limits as instructed by the treasury division to ensure the bank could do its daily business smoothly and efficiently.

Limits :
We receive the instructions and process them accurately as per the tables instructed in the
limits control sheet .
IBD ( International Banking Division Loans ) :
Day to day processing for IBD loans ( SYNDICATED LOAN ) setup of loans, drawdowns, interest amendments and setups, processing loan instalments and interest payments on a timely basis to ensure the bank to bank balances ( NOSTRO ACCOUNTS ) are reconciled properly.

Companies :
To ensure the customers cheque is cleared to the account.
We receive the letter and disk instructions and ensure that they match with all aspects to ensure that the processing is done on the correct date with the correct codes as provided.
To process it in the system and ensure it’s completed and approved by the managers.
Checking the company accounts and seeing that they are debited correctly .
Ministries :
Ensure funds are received form CBK account through the Kassip .
Uploading files from the CSC system .
Matching the ministry letter with the Kassip instructions received through the transaction reference and the correct letter code and processing them .
Ensure the transactions completed correctly and approved by the managers.
Checking the CBK accounts and seeing that they are debited correctly.

To meet the customers and understand their requirements and if they were new customers we
would then prepare the forms and hand them over to the account managers to process accordingly . As for the existing customers we have to ensure that these services are processed and handed over to the customer accordingly and assist the officers in their daily work .
