Reporting to the Head of Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit
- Gathering and analyzing data (i.e.: department’s budgets, contracts, MIS
reports, etc…).
- Review and audit the policies & procedures for all departments.
- Present & communicate the audit findings to the Head of risk, compliance &
internal audit.
- Prepare audit reports using spread sheets & power point presentations.
- Filing and organizing all related documents and evidences based on the
findings.
- Assisting the Head of risk, compliance & internal audit in preparing the follow
up review reports to the Audit Committee.
- Nominated as a champion to present the audit team in the business continuity
program. Collected relevant documents & conducted interviews,
questionnaires & risk matrix with relevant departments.
* Handled the following tasks in the Service and Sales Department:
o Opening/Closing accounts
o Preparing letters and certificates such as IBAN letter/Liability
certificates
o Preparing dispute forms
o Account service/maintenance forms and receipt acknowledgement
forms.
* Handled the following in the Operation Department
o Introduced to their auditing procedures such as checking paper works
for other departments
o Printing cheque and credit cards and performing a history and
background check for the new customers in order to open an account.
