Led the transformation team as part of the Saudi Vision 2030. That includes specifying the work sectors, the services and the employees who provide services to the patients to be moved to the cluster which include 2000 employees.

Supervise The Saudi Doctors Training Program with total number of 800 doctors. Begin with signing their contracts, monitor their progress and provide guidance as required.
Create culture-building events and activities that aligned with the Ministry values to motivate the employees to achieve peak productivity. As well as utilize the appropriate communication channels to ensure that employees have the opportunity to raise their concerns.
Develop and update all HR periodic reports and templates.
Design HR policies and procedures related to training, performance management, rewards and benefits, career development, succession planning, and talent management to ensure compliance of HR operations to all legal requirements.
Partners with management to provide a wide range of HR Support on employee issues (retention, compensation, performance management & development)
Prioritize and delegate tasks for a workforce of 40 team members.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with managers.
Supervised the execution of the training program for the Ministry employees in the Eastern Region with total budget of 1000.000 riyal.
Directed the National Program for Qualifying Diploma Graduates in its two versions in 2018 with 600 trainees and in 2019 with 500 trainees distributed among the different hospital in the Eastern Region.
Managed the paid training with annual net profit 6000.000 in 2018 and 8000.000 in 2019.
Supervise The Saudi Doctors Training Program with total number of 400 doctors. Begin with signing their contracts, monitor their progress and provide guidance as required.
Supervised the training program for the students from government universities with total number of 2230 trainees in 2018 and 3540 trainees in 2019.
Supervised the internal and external scholarship for the Ministry employees in the Eastern Region employees.
Organize and hold the first Toastmasters Club in the Directorate.

Initiate the first soft skills training program for the hospital staff in 2011. By assesses training and development needs through surveys then map out training plans and schedules.
Supervised the training of the doctors in ophthalmology residency program.
Create and implement Competency Program. Its aim to improve and reinforce employees' basic competency through sending weekly emails and provide coaching and training as needed.
Conduct employee on boarding and orientation program yearly.
Organize training events includes setting schedules, inviting speakers, arranging trainees list and printing attendance certificates.
Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
Collaborate with
