•Communicating with customers regularly to maintain an open cordial Customer/Client relationship. Resolve complaints/disputes by customers on a quick timely basis.

Support and assistance in implementation and execution of multiple projects both ongoing and completion.
•Resolve application enquires and complaints from both Staff & Clients; escalate issues as necessary and follow-up to resolution.
•Assist multiple teams in the company in executing projects involved in and affecting change management processes.
•Involved in maintenance of systems during designing, testing and installation.
•Review, advise and validate proper segregation of duties in systems developments.
•Continually work with the Data Analysis team in data extraction/procurement, analysis and integration projects.
