 Project Manager for the key account of FFTX Project of Ooredoo
 Project Planning and Management of fiber rollout and implementation for different areas (West bay, Mesaieed, Wakra etc)
 Single Point of contact to the customer for high rise towers (West bay) which has high value customers
 Laisoning with internal departments like Survey & Design, SCM, GIS, ENOC, OSP for implementation of fiber network
 Liasoning with sub contractors responsible for project control and execution for delivering fiber network
 Weekly review with the sub contractors to track the progress status of migrations and area handover.
 Maintaining the database for the customers migrated.
 Planning the market share for the sub contractors
 Internal review with the management to understand the progress of the project.
 Weekly review with the customer to understand the progress of the project.
 Clearing the acceptances of the sub contractors.
 Managing a team of onsite engineers
