Solely manage full end to end recruitment of Burberry Retail & Corporate teams in the UAE, Saudi
Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, India & Russia.
Saudization of 5 stores in Saudi Arabia - meeting all government set quota to fulfil Saudization
and Feminization of our retail store teams.
Manage the complete lifecycle of the candidate journey and adhere to the resourcing processes to
ensure consistency of approach.
Adhere to Diversity and Inclusiveness (D&I) guidelines set by the brand and always provide talent
short-lists of D&I candidates suited to the vacancy. Ambassador for D&I with hiring managers and
pushing D&I across the Middle East talent agenda.
Provide proactive resourcing advice and guidance to line managers and stakeholders; advising on
external talent available in the market.
Ensuring accurate employee records are kept via management of the ATS.
Ensure all roles are advertised in the most appropriate way to attract candidates, effectively
source and match candidates to positions.
Utilization of sourcing tools - Colleges, platforms; LinkedIn, Job Boards etc. Managing relations
with external recruiting partners and PSL.
Develop a talent pool of candidates across all Middle East markets.
Work closely with Finance Management to provide competitor brand tracking and competitor
salary analysis for fair reward processes.
Work closely with Line Managers during the recruitment process to ensure the right candidate is
recruited.
