• Manage and develop production employee such as crusher operator, stacker operator and equipment area tender to achieve establish goals, safety, environmental performance, production volume, quality, service and cost.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement within departmental employees' performance through regular feedback, coaching and training.
• Able to operate Crusher, Ballmill, roller press, VRM, and other equipment around the area.
• Coordinates the repair of equipment through the maintenance department to ensure continuous operation.
• Supervision and inspection of production and maintenance works during shutdown and preventive maintenance.
