Communicating and advising customers to help them in what they need
Providing customers with information on product, pricing, and promotions
Office based support to sales manager in improving efficiency as sales volume increases
Responsible for maintaining contact with our customers in Middle East countries, African, and some part of European and Asian countries assigned
Forwards samples, quotations and other regulatory documents to customers
Entering various requests and arranging both local and international shipments
Organizes and develops all sales documents, agreements and formats and ensures completion on time
Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily, weekly and monthly action summaries
Update customer records in the company database as required
Studying specific customer’s requests to provide high level satisfaction
Understanding capacity of production team to properly balance both customer’s needs and company’s capacity considering machine, human power, materials availability and time attainability
Handling and resolving customer complaints and display effective organization, planning and decision making
Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time
Prepares, validates, posts and communicate the completeness and correctness of daily collection reports and ensures that daily and monthly collections tie up with the reports in the front end system
Prepares and issues statement of accounts and others certifications concerning the financial accounts of students which may include but not limited to scholarships, discounts and tuition fee assessment
Checks accuracy of payments or charges made
Performs various clerical tasks as required including reception duties, attends to telephone calls and assists in solving questions
Performs limited research in preparation for updating records
Ensures strict confidentiality of financial records.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Performs jobs like encoding, printing, attending to phone calls, and monitoring emails
Sort, count and wrap bills and coins
Communicate with the clients in areas like advising and assisting in various transactions in the bank, and taking the initiative in solving raised difficulties
Assist the employees in any job related duties under lawful instructions, follows the company rules, regulations and guidelines and respect the values of the company.
