CFO for the following subsidiaries of the Group in UAE:
International Drilling Technology (IDT) - This subsidiary is part of Soilmec Division, specialised in the production of drilling and foundation equipment.
Swissboring Overseas Piling Corporation - This subsidiary is part of Trevi Spa division, specialised in special foundation and soil consolidation works.
Oversee the accounting teams of both subsidiaries in order to prepare the financial reporting for internal and external purpose.
Responsible for the preparation of the budget of each subsidiary and economic reporting to evaluate the performance of the business.
Responsible for the preparation of the cash flow forecast for each subsidiary, bank guarantees report, AR/AP ageing reports and weekly cash position required by the holding in Italy.
Ensure compliance with commercial and tax law.
Managing relationship with banks, lawyers, tax consultants, external and internal auditors.
Finance and Administration manager for Trevi Foundations Kuwait, in this period the Group has awarded several projects in Kuwait, among them a high value LNG project with Hyundai engineering and construction.
Finance and Administration manager for Denmark branch and an international joint venture with the scope of design and build a four-lane highway that includes a 1.4 km bridge.
Finance and Administration manager for the subsidiary of Besix in Saudi Arabia.
During this time, I’ve been responsible for the supervision of the finance and admin team of the subsidiary and the following projects:
Contract for the operation and maintenance King Abdullah Sport City in Jeddah.
The construction of the Sail Tower in Jeddah.
The design and construction of an oil refinery in Jazan economic city.
Finance and Administration manager for Fores Engineering Algeria located in Hassi Messaoud Algeria.
Finance and Administration manager for a Joint Venture established for the Design and Construction of Alger’s subway, line 1 extension B and C.
Project Finance and Administration manager for Mecheria - Redjeme de Mouche railway project.
Accounting services and preparation of tax declarations for several small and medium companies.
