• Responsible for managing whole store operations i.e. planning and maximize sales budgets, managing store related activities, staff management etc.
• Making strategies to achieve the target and justified division of the target amongst the staff.

• Managing daily activities, deal with all issues arises from customer or staff and solve the same.
• Being well versed with the market standards and keeping the staff aware.
• Involvement in prepare reports such as DSR, Staff individual Performance, weekly & monthly sale reports, sell through Reports, Competitor Sale Analysis Report.
• Track and Analyze competitor sale on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
