• Handled Key Business Accounts and responsible for growing the business.
• Responsible for the growth of the branch which consist of the products like US Airways, Air Pacific, Affordable Car Hire, Retails & Corporate accounts.
• Managed a team of 8, setting team target and assist them to achieve their target.
• Monitoring the overall department i.e. operations, sales & marketing and ensuring 200% result in revenue
• Handling issues and assure that the client is satisfied & content by resolving the issues within set deadline, this also includes the staff issue.
• Maintain PR with key clients by meeting their requirements within set deadlines.
• Monitoring the sale, revenue of the branch, analyze the sales report, department & Staff performance and send the synopsis to GM, showing the profit, loss and reason or loss and solutions to recover the loss.
• Prepare Sale Plan for the Sale team and also set budget for Sales and marketing department.
• Review the Sales report received by the sales team and guide them accordingly which would help them to achieve their targets on monthly basis.
• Set a Budget for the branch and meet the departmental requirement as per the budget.
• Organize events for the product promotion, training for agents.
• Negotiate fare with principles / agents and get the best deal for the sale team to promote in the market.
• Make follow up calls for payment and if required meet agents / clients for payment collection.
