Experience in PCB manufacturing, UPS manufacturing, Master switch cards.
Has experience of attending soldering problems & machine breakdown.
Has knowledge of ISO-9001 & ISO-14001.
Actively participated in problem solving tools (simple Q.C.Tools).
Assembling of various models of UPS and Master Switches.
Testing of various models of UPS.
Actively participated and maintained 7S in all work place.
Trained in First Aid & Fire Fighting.
Operations & Maintenance of WAVE SOLDERING Machine.

Role:
•Performing in-process and OOB (out of the box) inspection.
•Carrying out process Audit on production shop floor (ESD/Warehouse/Safety/7’s).
•Investigates, determine root cause and resolve quality issues in production within Minimum supervision.
•Review, disposition and initiate corrective actions related to material rejected by Production
•Performs monitors and coordinates Quasar activities.
•Performs, verifies and calibrates torque driver.
•Assists
