Position: Crane Operator ON TOWER CRANE, MOBILE CRANE

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proper inspection and maintenance procedures to be followed in accordance with the guidelines of the manufacturers and owners
• Checking and preventing unauthorized person are not present on the crane.
• Complete the daily inspection checklist, including filling out of the crane logbook.
• Ensure the safety precautions are followed before, during and after the daily use of the crane.
• Ensure the load to be carried does not exceed the required weight of the crane.

Position: Tower Crane Operator
Responsibilities:
• Determine load weights and check them against lifting capacities in order to prevent overload.
• Move levers, depress foot pedals, and turn dials to operate cranes, cherry pickers, electromagnets, or other moving equipment for lifting, moving, and placing loads.
• Inspect cables and grappling devices for wear, and install or replace cables as needed.
• Review daily work and delivery schedules to determine orders, sequences of deliveries, and special loading instructions.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain mechanisms such as cables, pulleys, and grappling devices, making repairs as necessary.
• Inspect and adjust crane mechanisms and lifting accessories in order to prevent malfunctions and damage.
• Direct helpers engaged in placing blocking and outrigging under cranes.

Responsible for performing pump, valve and piping modifications as needed
• Done other duties as assigned
• Responsible as a person crew in the fabrication and installation of structural steel and underground piping details.
• Responsible for performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Ensure the lifting plan is completed and approve before working.
• Ensure the load does not exceed the require weight of the machine used.
• Ensure the safety precaution is necessary followed during and after lifting.
