We provide clerical and administrative work to support the development of the team. Managing reports and
updating daily files. Managing all Data entry, Sending Emails, receive calls from internal and external
customers to provide assistance in a timely manner, securing permits, prepare documents, files all
correspondence, assists to organize internal monthly plan or proposal to increase the level of productivity.
Ensuring that all the process and procedure being followed effectively.

Our role is to be the front line representative when it comes to providing utmost resolution to the
customer. The customer care is also the primary contact from our Brand Store with regard to providing
