Responsible for supporting all IT needs for Clients. Provides Support such as Hardware, Software, and Network.

Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Deal with users face to face or over the phone to resolve issues
Troubleshoot system, network, hardware and software issues
Troubleshoot printer issues
Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
Managing open and pending cases
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
Testing and evaluating new technology
Responsible in the maintenance of all computer hardware, Peripherals, Network Infrastructure and other basic software relating to the organization’s operations
Provide day to day support to customers using industry standard practices
Resolve service requests, communicates recommendations and works with and/or informs the appropriate IT consultant/manager, where appropriate
Responsible for Incident & Problem tracking
To update the latest trends of all hardware and software
To ensure that all technical computer system failures must be done immediately to avoid delays of the organization’s daily task
Manage desktops of the assigned customer accounts
Create, modify and delete users & computers in AD
Administer Office 365 for clients
Administer Shared folders
